Because we move with integrity, here’s what you need to know:

Address Accuracy Is On You

Double-check your shipping address before checking out.
If you need to make changes after placing your order, any rerouting or reshipping costs will be your responsibility. Once it’s shipped, it’s locked in.

No Canceling, No Switching Up

Once your order is placed, it’s officially yours. 
We don’t cancel or modify confirmed orders—so make it count and move with intention.

Final Sale Policy—All Items

Everything we offer is final sale and exclusive drops. 
No returns, no exchanges, no refunds. 

We stand behind our gear. If your item shows up damaged or defective, we’ve got you.

Here’s how to handle it:

  • Report the issue within 3 days of delivery to koolasnerdzinfo@gmail.com.
  • Include photos of the defect and your order number
  • Items must be unworn, with original tags and packaging
  • If approved, we’ll refund or replace the item—based on what’s fair and right
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable

International Orders

International customers are responsible for return or exchange shipping fees. U.S. customers will receive a prepaid return label only for approved exchanges (defective items).

Hygiene Policy—Headwear Is Final Sale

For hygiene reasons, all headwear—including beanies and caps—is final sale. No exceptions.
